Participants

Our consortium includes a total of 13 partners, almost equally from the old EU-15 and the new member states and candidate countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

  1. Western/Northern Europe (Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland),
  2. Mediterranean area (Spain, France, Italy),
  3. Baltic region (Finland, Latvia),
  4. Central (Hungary, Poland) and South-Eastern Europe (Bulgaria).

This set of countries will provide a rich and representative sample of case-studies. The following cities are involved in this project: Amsterdam (NL), Barcelona (ES), Birmingham (UK), Budapest (HU), Dublin (IE), Helsinki (FI), Leipzig (GE), Milan (IT), Munich (GE), Poznan (PL), Riga (LV), Sofia (BG) and Toulouse (FR).
